Terms of Service (Intelligent Invoicer)

This Terms of Service ("Agreement") is a contract between you ("the User") and Intelligent Technologies SARL ("the Company"), the provider of the Plugin Port service, including the Intelligent Invoicer application ("the Service"). By using our Service, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using our Service, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this Agreement. If you do not agree with the terms, you should discontinue use of the Service immediately.

Intelligent Invoicer, part of the Plugin Port service, is an application designed to help businesses manage and track their invoices. The service uses advanced AI capabilities to parse and store invoice information. It does not handle invoice payments but aids in organization and tracking of paid invoices.

3. Use of the Service

By using the Service, you agree to use it responsibly and in compliance with all applicable laws. You agree not to use the Service for illegal activities. You also agree to ensure the accuracy of the invoice data you upload, understanding that the Service will process based on the data provided.

4. Intellectual Property

All content provided in the Service, including the technology, software, text, and graphics, are the property of Intelligent Technologies SARL and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

5. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Our use and protection of personal information are set forth in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of this Agreement.

6. Limitations of Liability

Intelligent Technologies SARL is not responsible for any consequential damages or losses incurred from the use of our Service. Users use the Service at their own risk. The Company does not take any responsibility for actions taken based on the information provided by the Service.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Intelligent Technologies SARL, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and third parties, for any losses, costs, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) relating to or arising out of your use of or inability to use the Service, your violation of any terms of this Agreement, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

8. Changes to Terms

Intelligent Technologies SARL reserves the right to change or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. The continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms of Service.

9. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed under the laws of Switzerland.
