Terms of Service (Party Planner)

This Terms of Service ("Agreement") is a contract between you ("the User") and Plugin Port ("the Company"), the provider of Party Planner application ("the Service"). By using our Service, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

By accessing and using our Service, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this Agreement. If you do not agree with the terms, you should discontinue use of the Service immediately.

Party Planner is an application built with the purpose of helping users plan parties. It provides ideas, decorations, nearby locations, and drink quantities based on the user's input. Party Planner does not advocate for excessive and underage drinking.

3. Use of the Service

By using the Service, you agree to use it responsibly and in compliance with all applicable laws. You confirm you are of the legal age to consume alcohol in your jurisdiction. You agree not to use the Service for illegal activities, including but not limited to underage drinking and excessive drinking.

4. Intellectual Property

All content provided in the Service, including the technology, software, text, and graphics, are the property of Plugin Port and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

5. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Our use and protection of personal information are set forth in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of this Agreement.

6. Limitations of Liability

Plugin Port is not responsible for any consequential damages or losses incurred from the use of our Service. Users use the Service at their own risk. Plugin Port does not take any responsibility for actions taken based on the information provided by the Service.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Plugin Port, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and third parties, for any losses, costs, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) relating to or arising out of your use of or inability to use the Service, your violation of any terms of this Agreement, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

8. Changes to Terms

Plugin Port reserves the right to change or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. The continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms of Service.

9. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Company operates.
